I faced multiple issues during my stay. The towels and pillows were in short supply, which was frustrating given that we had planned to use the sofa bed. It also took quite some time for us to get the items we requested, and I found the kitchen supplies in the room were severely lacking.

The hotel features modern amenities and spacious rooms with great breakfast options, which I genuinely enjoyed. The outdoor pool offers a nice spot to unwind after a long day on the road.

Upon arrival, I encountered hair on the shower bench and a lack of necessary towels and linens for the sofa bed despite having three guests. The constant noise from the nearby warehouse alarm disrupted sleep both nights, which is not ideal for rest. Additionally, some technical aspects like the thermostat were tricky to adjust.

Check if extra linens for sofa beds are provided in advance. this can save you from a last-minute request.

The front desk staff, especially Mary G, provided friendly and welcoming service. Our unexpected upgrade to a King suite made our stay feel more like home than just a hotel. I also appreciated the spacious room and the large breakfast options that catered to different tastes.

However, I noticed several cleanliness issues that we couldn't overlook.

The thermostat also gave me some trouble at first, as it was set to a chilly 65 degrees when I arrived. I would have preferred a friendlier system for temperature adjustments.
